    How soon will my order ship? 

    Orders typically get shipped out the next business day. Shipping takes about 2-5 business days depending on what shipping rate you choose. The shipping dates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Refunds will not be given if the carrier (USPS or UPS) does not meet their stated timeframes.

    Undelivered Packages: We insure all of our packages against loss or damage. If the shipping provider does not deliver your package we can open a claim and get you a replacement.

    Stolen Packages: Unfortunately, this is becoming more common. Once a package is successfully delivered to you as recorded by the tracking number of the shipment, we are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your doorstep or mail locker.

    Wrong Address: It is your responsibility to make sure you have entered the correct address as your shipping address. If you enter the wrong address, you may email us to correct it, however, we often have very quick order processing, so your order may have already shipped. Packages which are returned to us for an incorrect address will have the order cancelled and we will refund the cost of the products. The shipping costs will not be refunded as that cost has already been incurred in the original shipment attempt.

    Can I return my Benty Cake Molds? 

    We proudly stand behind the quality of our products and we want you to love them as much as we do! If you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return your undamaged products for a full refund of the price of the item(s) within 30 days. We do not refund your shipping cost.

    Return shipping costs are also non-refundable, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.) We do not accept COD. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.

    After 30 days of your purchase date, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. Refunds/exchanges are not issued until the return has been received at our fulfillment center and inspected for use.

    International Buyers: We are pleased to offer shipping to Canada, the U.K. and Australia. However, due to the high shipping cost, we can not accept returns on International purchases. Additionally, while we make every effort to handle duties and taxes upfront, there may be duties and taxes due on receipt. Please keep this in mind when deciding to purchase and ship internationally.
