Ingredients
2 TBL butter
1 Cup Pecans (chopped or whole)
1/2 C Shredded coconut (optional)
Directions
1. Melt 2 TBL butter on the stove, and add 1 C pecans stir continuously over medium heat until toasty (add shredded coconut now if desired, continue stirring with the brown butter and pecans).
2. Remove from heat and let cool completely
3. Add to cream cheese frosting, cookies, cake pucks, etc.! Here's my recipe for some delicious whipped cream cheese frosting!
