Your Cake Puck centers can have a delicious salty crunch with this pretzel crust.
Mix it with strawberry cake, homemade peanut butter cup, edible cookie dough,,, its just so good! It will also add a layer of support to any of your fillings that are a little bit softer.
Recipe:
1 1/2 cups ground pretzels. (about 3 1/2 cups small pretzels)
1/4 cup sugar
10 TBL melted butter
That's it! Try not to eat it all with a spoon.
Mix it all together and then press it into the small part of the Benty Cakes mold set with your Puck Press
This recipe will make enough crust for about 14 original size cake pucks or 28 minis. That's if you fill them half way (1 TBL) but you can do more or less depending on how thick you want it!)
