Oreo Crunch!

Oreo Crunch!

I just recently heard about this but from what I have been told it's been around for a long time! It's so easy and SO good.

Of course I use it in and on my Cake Pucks but it has so many uses.

Recipe:

22-24 Oreos

1/4 cup melted butter

3oz jello gelatin or pudding mix

Directions:

Crush the Oreos in a gallon ziplock bag (I used a rolling pin)

Add the gelatin or pudding to 1/4 cup melted butter then pour into the ziplock and shake/massage until it has been evenly distributed.

Spread it on a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake it at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Let it cool completely then store in an airtight container.

MORE FLAVORS? YES!

I did this with regular oreos and chocolate pudding mix and it was so good! Any flavor of oreo would be so good. Mix and match!

I used this as a filling in my Pucks as well as a topper for CRUNCH and a pop of flavor.

To make this filling I just mixed some of the crunch with some Buttercream and piped it into the center. The crunch will soften over a couple days but the flavor will remain!

Happy Pucking!
