Brown Butter Cream Cheese Frosting

5 cups powdered sugar

1 cup browned butter

8 ounces soft cream cheese

3 tbs heavy cream

1tbs vanilla


1. Take brown butter at room temperature and mix with handheld or stand mixer until fluffy. 

2. Add in cream cheese and continue mixing scraping down the sides occasionally.

3. Add in vanilla. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar until fully combined. Then add in heavy cream and mix about 30 more seconds. 

4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Can be used for cupcakes or cake but if you're using it for Cake Pucks you can separate it by 3/4 cups into sandwich bags, lay them flat and freeze to conveniently pull them out for future use!
