Best Buttercream!


1 pound butter (salted)

6 cups powdered sugar 

1/4 tsp salt

1 TBL vanilla

1/4 cup heavy cream


1. Using a stand mixer (or hand mixer) blend your cool to room temp butter for 2-3  minutes until fluffy. 

2. Add 4 cups of powdered sugar one cup at a time and mix until completely incorporated. 

3. Add your salt, vanilla and heavy cream, blend and then add the remaining powdered sugar. Let the mixer blend for 3-5 minutes for a really light delicious buttercream!

Can be used for cupcakes or cake but if you're using it for Cake Pucks you can separate it by 3/4 cups into sandwich bags, lay them flat and freeze to conveniently pull them out for future use!
